When reporting a problem, it helps to include

• Which app you're using (Scorecard, RyderCup, or Bets)
• What screen you were on and what you were trying to do
• What you expected to happen vs. what actually happened
• Your event name, if it's specific to one event or round

Common questions

• Forgot your event's Admin/Captain password? Contact the organizer who set up your event — those passwords are set per event, not by us.
• Scores look wrong? Let us know the event name, date, and player involved so we can look into it.
• GHIN handicap not updating? Handicaps sync from the official USGA GHIN network — a delay usually means GHIN itself hasn't posted the update yet.
