When reporting a problem, it helps to include:
- What screen you were on and what you were trying to do
- What you expected to happen vs. what actually happened
- Your event name, if it's specific to one event or round
Common questions
- Forgot your event's Admin password? Contact the organizer who set up your event — Admin passwords are set per event, not by us.
- Scores look wrong? Let us know the event name, date, and player involved so we can look into it.
- GHIN handicap not updating? Handicaps sync from the official USGA GHIN network — a delay usually means GHIN itself hasn't posted the update yet.
