The myClubGolf apps — Scorecard, RyderCup, and Bets — are used to run golf events: recording scores, handicaps, match results, and side-game results for a private golf group.

What we collect

• Player name (first and last) and, for guest players, a temporary label.
• Golf scores and match results, entered hole-by-hole, for events you take part in.
• Handicap index, either entered manually or looked up from the USGA GHIN network if you link your GHIN number.
• If you link a GHIN number: your GHIN ID and club affiliation, used only to fetch your handicap index and verify posted scores.
• For Bets: an email address, only if you choose to join the email list.

What we don't do

• We don't run ads and don't use any third-party analytics or advertising SDK.
• We don't sell or share your data with anyone outside of running the golf event itself.
• We don't collect location, contacts, or device identifiers.

Who can see your data

Scores and standings are visible to other players in the same golf event, the same way a posted paper scorecard or leaderboard would be. Event organizers (Admin/Captain access) can edit scores and player records to correct entry mistakes.

GHIN integration

If you link your GHIN number, the apps contact the USGA/GHIN API to retrieve your handicap index and tee-specific course handicaps. This is the same information already public on GHIN.com to anyone who looks up your name.

Data retention

Scores and event history are kept as part of the event's ongoing record (season stats, history, leaderboards). Contact us using the email below if you'd like your data removed.
